Product Care
Remove solid waste from grass.
Remove synthetic grass from grate and tray; empty liquid
material; place grate back in tray and rinse with mild soap
and water, followed by clear water.
Hang the mat to allow water to drain quickly (can be placed
in the dryer on air cycle for 20 minutes).
If odors persist, use an enzyme product such as
Anti-Icky-Poo. Lightly spray the Anti-Icky-Poo on surface
of grate and tray (Anti-Icky-Poo can be diluted 4 to 1 with
water). Use this step only after dog has been trained to
use the Potty, as it is the odor of urine and the natural
attractants in the grass which attracts the dog initially to
use the Pup-head.
